With our passion for innovative design we bring you the Ultra Appendix Holster. With the multiple angles found in the Negative Angle Platform TM, we are able to tuck the grip of the firearm closer to the body for a high level of concealment. This platform allows us to maintain a minimalist design which adds in the overall comfort for the appendix carry position. The angled thigh pad on the back side has contoured edges and a thigh relief cut these features eliminates pressure points commonly found in appendix holsters.

What to expect?
- Negative Angle Platform TM; this platform found on the front of the holster adds a tucking pressure to pull the butt of the gun towards the body, which aids in the level of concealment value.
- Two-belt clip system provides stability while building your grip and assists in weapon retention.
- Front overhang ledge for one handed charging of firearm.
- 4 points of adjustable retention.
- Angled thigh pad on back with rounded edges to provide comfort.
- Thigh relief cut on non-light baring models for additional appendix carry comfort.
- Proper ride height to allow for a full grip purchase of the firearm.

Ultra Appendix Holster
No doubt the most comfortable IWB holster I own. I wear it at work where I have to tuck in my uniform shirt. I wear it for 9 hours straight with no discomfort. Great holster. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know that carries.

TOP NOTCH GEAR
I have this holster for my Glock43 and my EDC Glock 19 along with your carry belt. As a firearms training company we test all kinds of gear to help customers with buying decisions. I now only recommend this ultra appendix holster and the tactical carry nylon belt for TOPNOTCH quatity and comfort to our customers. You've gotta commend Precision for making an all-Kydex product that's actually comfortable to wear all day. We have 5 Precision holsters, and their belts, and they're just doing it right. Exactly what you need, and no unnecessary additions to the design.

Fat as a rock and kinda feels that way so wear pants with a stretchy waist. Excellent attachment to belt, very solid. The length below the belt is perfect when sitting. Retention feels solid, I've had it flip upside down and it did not fall out. Very little if any printing. It tilts inward toward your body and conceals the pistol grip well. It would have recieved 5 stars if it were more comfortable.

Really nice! The holster is great!! I’m right handed, carrying a G43. I’m 5’11” 215 lbs. I carry every day but new to carrying in my appendix area. I really like it, I was worried the clips may pop off my belt but not at all. The design keeps the gun pushed in to your body to prevent printing. Quality seems first rate. This is my second precision holster, first was the Uktra Carry IWB 2.0. Great also!!!

Great Holster -- Great Price
I ordered the Ultra Appendix for my new Wilson Combat EDC X9 pistol. The turn-around time was about a week (very rare). I've been wearing it all my waking hours and find the fit and comfort amazingly dead on. The quality of this holster is supreme. I really like the protrusion at the rear, bottom of the holster that aids in keeping the pistol grip against my body. I recommend anyone looking for a great holster, to check out Precision Holsters.
