With our passion for innovative design we bring you the Ultra Appendix Holster.   With the multiple angles found in the Negative Angle Platform TM, we are able to tuck the grip of the firearm closer to the body for a high level of concealment.  This platform allows us to maintain a minimalist design which adds in the overall comfort for the appendix carry position. The angled thigh pad on the back side has contoured edges and a thigh relief cut these features eliminates pressure points commonly found in appendix holsters.

Comfort, Concealment, Quality and above all Functional the Ultra Appendix is packed with cutting edge features not traditional found in Kydex Holsters.

What to expect?

-       Negative Angle Platform TM; this platform found on the front of the holster adds a tucking pressure to pull the butt of the gun towards the body, which aids in the level of concealment value.

-       Two-belt clip system provides stability while building your grip and assists in weapon retention.

-       Front overhang ledge for one handed charging of firearm.

-       4 points of adjustable retention.

-       Angled thigh pad on back with rounded edges to provide comfort.

-       Thigh relief cut on non-light baring models for additional appendix carry comfort.

-       Proper ride height to allow for a full grip purchase of the firearm.

-       Additional belt clip supplied with each holster to adjust for a lower ride height.

    Best Damn Holster

Posted by John Thomas on Apr 21st 2021

I wasted a lot of time and money looking for an Appendix holster that does have thick padding, sharp edges, or claws that you had to purchase separately. Clean, tight to the body, yet comfortable. Very happy.

I have spent to much money on holsters only to finally find one that works out of the box as advertised. Just buy one and done. No reason to shop around.

    Great Appendix Holster

Posted by Brett on Feb 21st 2021

I have been using this great appendix holster for two years, and recommend for anyone who carries on a daily basis. Plenty of adjustability, both vertically and tilt of the grip, and it wears like iron. There is no reason to go anywhere else for holsters than Precision Holsters! Great customer service! The 4” 1911 holster works for both a conventional 1911 as well as the Springfield EMP.

I’ve been wearing this holster for the past four years, everyday, seven days a week, 365. It is the best holster I be owned and I have three large boxes of holsters in search of the perfect holster. I bought this exact holster again, Incase the first one ever has a problem. I love this holster. AWS #876.

    Great Appendix Holster

I own a few appendix holsters, the Ultra Appendix Holster is the most comfortable appendix holster I own, it really keeps the gun tight to my slightly oversized gut, not huge oversized gut, just slightly. I wanted to clarify that point. I have been wearing the holster for the last two days and it holds my 4" Kimber Aegis Pro 1911 perfectly. I like it so much I ordered the Ultra Carry IWB this morning.

    Ultimate Appendix

Great holster! I can sit anywhere and not cut off the circulation in my groin. The grip of my weapon is secure and concealed against my waist without digging into my belly. My conceal weapon is secure inside the holster and I can adjust the retention to my liking. Easy draw and re holstering. Will consider a P365 Ultimate Appendix. Will recommend to friends.

    Ultra Appendix for Glock 43

No better holster........period. The tilt it bring the grip in to where I can wear any shirt/ pants combination. I live on the coast so light clothing with a holster that hides my firearm no matter what. Great design.

I absolutely love this holster, it keeps the gun tucked nicely. I have been wearing it every where for a week and has became my go to holster. Easy on easy off. I am fairly new to appendix carry but this is the most comfortable and easy to conceal that I have found for my p365

    Ultra Appendix

Thanks goes to Mike S. (American Warrior Society) for recommending Precision Holsters and the Ultra Appendix. So far, I am very impressed with this holster. The holster tucks the pistol grip nice and close to the body but creates a little space that allows for a quick secure extraction.. The retention clips are very firm and allow a little adjustment to the angle. The hardware appears to be the same design as that used on some helmets for the NVG mounts. I have run through some draw drills and can definitely tell the difference in confidence of control. I don't have a timing device, but the proper secure hand grip prevents need to adjust as extracting the weapon up and out, so I perceive to be on target more quickly. The design of the holster took a little getting used to for wear. It does create a slightly higher signature under a light summer shirt. To explain, the weapon itself is not silhouetted, but the bulge seems a little more pronounced than some of my other holsters. This is the result of the shape that allows the more secure and confident initial grip when drawing. I switched to a standard extended magazine from an extended with +2 mag extension to reduce the butt of the mag silhouette on my side. Again, this is under a light summer button-down, and I am a little overly sensitive to printing. Since I tend to people-watch and naturally scan to see who in the area is carrying, I look at myself the same way. With normal or heavier weight clothing, I don't think it is noticeable. A pancake holster that sits lower on the belt and flatter will have a slightly lower signature, but is definitely slower and requires some grip manipulation as I bring the weapon up and out. The Ultra Appendix requires none of that, but sits a little higher. I have already recommended this holster to others and will continue to do so, while allowing friends to safely try mine and see what they think.
